BOMBAY (Reuters) - Scandent Solutions Corp Ltd. said on Friday it would acquire BWH France, a technology firm focused on enterprise resources planning.

Scandent Network Network Europe, a fully owned subsidiary of Scandent, will buy the shares of BWH, which had revenues of 1.3 million euros for the year ending March 31, it said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Scandent shares were up 8.6 percent at 236 rupees in a firm Bombay market.
