 Scandent Solutions, the IT services division of Singapore-based Scandent Group, is planning to set up a fourth offshore development center over the coming months.
The new ODC will be in Chennai, India and is expected to seat between 300 and 400 staff. The center will be Scandent Solutions' second in Chennai, and could cost up to $1.5m. The company also has ODCs in Singapore and Bangalore.
Scandent Solution has also received approval for a stock exchange listing from four of India's exchanges, and is expected be listed for the first time this week.
